Cancellations
If you booked us online, you can cancel or reschedule with the link in your confirmation email.
Otherwise, please contact us directly.
There are no cancellation fees.

There are no contracts.
Distractions
We do not distract ourselves with Music, Radio, or Smart Phones.
Holidays
We do not clean on Thanksgiving or Christmas.
Illness
If our cleaners are ill, we will reschedule your cleaning.
If your family is ill, we can help your recovery with our hospital-grade sanitizers. We are happy to help your home recover at a later time, should you choose to reschedule.
Insurance
We are insured by The Hartford.
Payments
Payment is due on the day of service.

Pets
There are no extra charges for pet owners.
Our products are all perfectly safe for pets.

Snow Days
If we determine that the roads are unsafe, we will reschedule your cleaning.
What We Don't Do
To maintain our focus on detailed cleaning, we do not:
- Do laundry
- Wash dishes
- Clean biohazards
- Service infested homes, such as with bed bugs or mold
- Service smokers' homes–we are a smoke-free service
- Use client's equipment–we only use our own products and tools
